Most jobs in the biotech field require experience. Lots of it, if possible! And I can see why, the jobs in this field are very important and you have to know what you're doing!

So, how does one gain experience before starting to build a career in the field?

Well, if you can't find a job that pays, you can always volunteer! It's a great opportunity to gain experience in the industry and, besides, who says no to young, full of enthusiasm volunteers?

Are you asking for yourself or are you just curious?
There are volunteer programs in different countries and I'm sure universities will be more than happy to provide you with information on them.

    Oh, that's a great idea.
There are Universities where you can choose a volunteer program or you can just contact some companies directly.
You might just have a chance of getting hired after a while, have a real job :)

It is one of the hardest jobs. It is like chicken and egg story. No company is willing to take freshers and freshers don't get experience until companies hire them.

Usually the best thing is to work as a intern usually for lesser salaries even then you need to prepare well during that term to get the job
