The need for ethics and morals in the application of genetics?

    morals and genetics have nothing to do with each other...any form of science is what is, morals and personal values are what should be?..

    The Nazis were highly into genetics. To have no morals in science is to end up like these guys.

    I think it depends on the purpose of your research and also if differs from person to person.
    For instance, I find human cloning to be interesting, fascinating, I hope to be able to study more about it in the future, but I also find it immoral and I am totally against it.
    See? It makes no sense because you're right: morals and genetics don't go well together.
